1We collect what you give us — name, email, phone, listings, and messages — to run your account and your trades.
2Payments run through your PINMart wallet on the PIN network; we keep the order and an immutable ledger record, never your PIN app PIN or password.
3We use trusted providers to host data and send email; we do not sell your personal information.
4Page views are kept 90 days and notifications 180 days, then deleted automatically. Your money records are kept permanently — they are the proof the money added up.
5You can close your account from Your account once your balance is K0 and no order, withdrawal, dispute, or active listing with bids remains open. Closure removes profile and contact data plus saved items, while anonymised messages, orders, receipts, and ledger records are retained for trade, fraud, tax, and accounting obligations.
6To get a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete what we do not have to keep, email support@payitnow.com.pg.
